This policy explains how ShapeService B.V., trading as SIXIS ("we", "us"), collects and uses personal data through sixis.nl.

  • Account and contact details you provide when creating an account or requesting a quote (name, email, phone, company name, billing/shipping address).
  • Order and quote data needed to process quotes, orders, and payments.
  • Payment data, handled directly by our payment provider, Mollie — we do not store your card or bank details ourselves.
  • Basic, aggregated site-usage data via privacy-friendly, cookieless web analytics — this does not identify individual visitors.

3. Why we process it and our legal basis

  • To provide quotes, process orders, and fulfil contracts with you (contractual necessity).
  • To meet our tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
  • To keep the site running securely and understand aggregate usage (legitimate interest).

4. Who we share data with

  • Mollie (payment processing), to process your payment.
  • Service providers that host our website and database, acting only on our instructions.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

5. How long we keep it

We keep account, order, and quote data for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes above and to meet legal retention obligations (e.g. Dutch tax law, generally 7 years for financial records).

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to our processing of it, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format. Sixis.nl uses strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in and remember your cart. These are functional and do not require consent under Dutch/EU cookie rules. Our web analytics is cookieless and does not track individual visitors.
