Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the use of sixis.nl and any order placed through it.

1. Who we are

SIXIS is a brand of ShapeService B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 73890448, VAT number NL859700318B01, registered address Ippelseweg 19, 4255 HW Nieuwendijk, The Netherlands.

2. Scope

These terms apply to all quotes, orders, and purchases made through sixis.nl by business customers ("Buyer"). SIXIS produces large-format 3D-printed furniture and architectural products, made to order.

3. Quotes and orders

A quote requested through the site is valid for 14 days from the date it is issued. Accepting a quote within its validity period forms a binding order between the Buyer and SIXIS. An expired quote must be requested again; prices and availability are not carried over automatically.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in EUR. Trade pricing applies to approved trade accounts. Payment is processed via Mollie (iDEAL or credit card) at checkout, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Production and delivery

Because each item is manufactured to order, production time varies by size and complexity and is confirmed at the quote stage. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details on delivery areas and freight handling.

6. Cancellations

As products are manufactured to order, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started, unless otherwise agreed with SIXIS in writing.

7. Warranty and liability

SIXIS stands behind the quality of its products and will address manufacturing defects reported within a reasonable time after delivery. Except where required by law, SIXIS's liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.

8. Intellectual property

All designs, product images, and content on sixis.nl remain the property of ShapeService B.V. unless otherwise agreed.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent Dutch courts.
